Agreement to Terms

This website provides information about our nonprofit sailing education programs and events. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Program Registration

Registration for our sailing programs is subject to availability. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee placement until confirmed by our staff and any applicable fees are paid. Participants must meet eligibility requirements, including age restrictions and swimming ability recommendations. All participants (or guardians for minors) must sign liability waivers and medical disclosure forms prior to participation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Program fees may be refunded according to the following schedule:

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days before the program start date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date, except in cases of documented medical emergency.
• Scholarship recipients who cancel without adequate notice may be ineligible for future scholarship awards.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pelican Bay Sailing School Inc. or used with permission. The Pelican Bay Sailing School name and logo are trademarks of Pelican Bay Sailing School Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Sailing is an activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and drowning. Pelican Bay Sailing School Inc. maintains comprehensive safety protocols and insurance, but we cannot eliminate all risk. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and assume these risks. We are not liable for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
